Kevin W Smith

. In 1979 Kevin went to the National Film and Television School. Since then he has directed over forty shorts/documentaries/commercials, been a screenwriting tutor at the University of Bournemouth and written ten feature length scripts, four of which were bought by the BBC. Most recently he wrote and directed the feature 'Romance and Rejection' with Reece Dinsdale and John Hannah which received Alexander Walkers critics choice award at the 1998 London Film Festival. It sold to 23 countries and was shown on Sky Premiere. Currently he's completing a new feature entitled 'Losers Anonymous'

Jack Gold
Director
Jack has been directing films for over thirty years. He's won four BAFTA awards, The Golden Globe, two International Emmy awards, Prix Italia and numerous other's. A pick of his work includes the famous 'Naked Civil Servant' (John Hurt playing Quentin Crisp) 'The Last Romantics' ' The Return of the Native'and 'Spring Awakening' as well as Kavanagh QC and Inspector Morse for television. His films include 'The Bofors Gun' 'The Sailors Return' 'Aces High' 'Little Lord Fauntleroy' and 'The Chain'.

Chris Clough
Producer-Director
Chris studied film at Leeds University, became a researcher at Granada, and then went on to direct hundreds of episodes of 'Brookside' (Too many to count anyway so he tells me) He then directed ''Casualty' 'Dr Who' 'East Enders'and the 'The Bill' which he then produced for two years. He produced the last two series of 'Ballykissangel' and is currently producing the 'Black Cab' series for BBC2.

Michael Maloney
Actor
Michael has appeared in over thirty television films including 'Young Indiana Jones' 'Sex and Chocolate' with Dawn French,'Signs and Wonders' 'Heartbeat' 'Dalziel and Pascoe' etc. His feature films include 'Truly, Madly, Deeply' 'American Reel' and 'Henry V' 'In The Bleak Midwinter' and 'Hamlet' in which he played Laertes, directed by Kenneth Branagh.

Lindsey Jenkins

Lindsay has worked as a freelance writer for over over twenty years as a journalist and fiction writer. More recently she has worked as a professional script reader for amongst others Palace Pictures. Currently she reads for a major Hollywood studio.

Marvin Close
Writer
Marvin writes for the theatre, radio and television. his plays include the award winning 'Dorothy Parker is Dead'. 'Working' and 'Crazy People' all at the Manchester Library Theatre. 'Where Were You?' (24 episodes) and 'Bob From Outer Space' for radio. In Television he has been prolific, writing more than 65 episodes of 'Emmerdale' and storylining over 200 episodes of 'Coronation Street'. As well as other one- of'f 's such as 'Crazy People' for Granada and a new childrens comedy series 'The Bradbury's'.
