'Connor' is a witty and inventive take on the 'people in the head' movie idea. It's outcome (not revealed) is a surprise. And overall the script has a refreshing originality. It would be very easy for something like this to corny and/or cliché ridden. But 'Connor' succeeds admirably in avoiding both. Well worth a look if this genre is your thing. |

| Synopsis: | 'Trailer' is a horror/rites of passage story about Jason a 15 year old boy with severe behavioral problems...until he contracts cancer. Then he becomes the model child and the cancer vanishes. However, when it returns he reinvents himself in preparation for the worst, and in the process unwittingly brings together many people around him. | ||||||||||
| Appraisal: | Although the synopsis may sound rather bleak 'Trailer' is full of humour, with great character observation. And above all it's superbly written. A real must see script. | ||||||||||
